Do you have a price list?
No. Every event is quoted individually based on the requested design, materials, and location. Once we receive your inquiry, we'll provide a custom quote.

How do I book?
Complete our inquiry form with all the requested details. Once we review your request, we'll send you a quote within 24–48 hours.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, availability cannot be guaranteed. Bookings confirmed within 4 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.

How do I secure my booking?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your booking. Your date is not reserved until the retainer has been received.

When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due two days before your scheduled decor date. Payment can be made using the same payment method used for the initial payment. Final preparations begin once the remaining balance has been received.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Zelle and our secure Belize Bank payment link.

Do you decorate hotel rooms and Airbnbs?
Yes. We provide room decor for hotels, resorts, and Airbnbs throughout San Pedro. Please note that some properties have vendor restrictions, so we'll confirm access before your booking.

How long do I get to keep the decor?
Decor that includes rental items is typically left in place for up to 48 hours. Pickup is scheduled based on our availability and the schedule for that specific location.

Do you offer outdoor setups?
We do not offer outdoor setups for hotel rooms or vacation rentals. For local events, outdoor setups are available but are weather dependent. To protect our inventory, we do not install our wooden backdrops outdoors if there is a chance of rain or unfavorable weather conditions. In those cases, an indoor or covered location will be required.

What is your cancellation policy?
All payments are non-refundable. Once a booking has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued if the event is canceled. Payments cover the reservation of your event date, planning, preparation, and materials for your decor.
